Personal information. References to “personal information” in this Privacy Policy are equivalent to “personal data” governed by European data protection legislation.

Use for new purposes

Retention

Cross-Border Data Transfer

We may transfer your personal information to the United States and other countries even though the European Commission has not determined that they provide adequate protection for personal data. Where we are required by European data protection laws to apply additional safeguards to such personal information, we will do so by applying the Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission or other appropriate safeguards.
